Cindy Carlson, Broker/owner of Cindy Carlson Realty, located in Kellogg, Idaho, is a 18 year residential/commercial real estate veteran. With deep roots to this area, Cindy and her husband Denny, have raised their family and enjoyed this scenic area for over 40 years. After 25+ years as a well known figure at a local dentist office, she decided to take her personal skills and stellar work ethic and turn it into a real estate career.

A very connected community volunteer with several local organization over the years, Cindy has sat on several boards including the Silver Valley Christian Academy, where she served for 16 years, and is currently a Rotary member. Since beginning her business, she has been a member of the Historic Silver Valley Chamber of Commerce and the Historic Wallace Chamber of Commerce. Investing time and resources into the community and to non-profit organizations is something she is very passionate about.

Professionally, Cindy has lead the Silver Valley for many years in both sales and listings. With her wealth of knowledge and experience in this industry, she serves her client’s best interests at all times with the highest level of integrity and honesty. Participating in several continued education courses and constant study of the market, she upholds four Realtor® designations: Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Resort and Second Home Property Specialist (RSPS) and Graduated Realtor® Institute (GRI). Cindy has been presented with the Circle of Excellence Award by the Coeur d’Alene Association of Realtors since 2011. She also serves on the Board of Professional Standards for the Association.

Anne began her career in real estate in 2006. Also, a 14 year veteran in Real Estate I married a native of the Silver Valley and have made my home in North Idaho over the past 25 years. Born and raised in the largest contiguous wilderness area in the lower 48 states I have a true love of Idaho. My love of photography and drawing has limitless subjects In Idaho to create wonderful pictures and prints – there is never enough time.

My prior background as a mortgage loan officer in North Idaho has certainly helped me in real estate and continues to do so. I love the challenges and accomplishments that come with helping clients sell or buy their real estate. Having the opportunity to work in this beautiful area is one of the most exciting parts of this career.

The Silver Valley has been my home since I was three years old. My husband, Sean, and I are both Wallace High Grads. I hold a degree from North Idaho College in Business Administration. My husband, my daughters and I take full advantage of this beautiful area we live in. We love camping, boating in our local waters, skiing the slopes of our two excellent ski resorts and hunting. There’s no other place in the world I would want to raise our children.

I am blessed to work in such a great environment. Our team takes pride in the service we provide for our clients and I am proud to stand next to them to help achieve the high standards Cindy has set for this office. I’ll be the smiling face who greets you at the door!
